Lib Dems launch petition to keep local Recycling Centres open

New Forest Liberal Democrats led by General Election candidates Caroline Rackham (New Forest East) and Jack Davies (New Forest West), have launched a new petition calling on Hampshire County Council to keep both Marchwood and Somerley Recycling Centres open.
Commenting, they said:
"The proposals to close both Marchwood and Somerley Recycling Centres is short-sighted and will increase fly-tipping which the District Council will have to pay to clean up.
"This petition will make our case stronger when we go to the County Council and urge them to keep our local recycling centres open."
