Safeguarding our NHS
Local health campaigner Jack Davies has made safeguarding our NHS his top priority. After years of under funding and mismanagement from the Conservative Government, our NHS has been left on life support. Patients in New Forest West face an uncertain future, with our local health services seemingly forgotten about by the Conservative Government. Ambulances take hours to arrive, people are waiting weeks for a GP appointment, and operations are being delayed for months and months. New Forest West deserves better.
Jack is standing up for our NHS
Jack and the Liberal Democrats are campaigning for more investment in health and social care services here in the New Forest, including: A GP Guarantee to make sure people can see their GP within a week, or within 24 hours if in urgent need; More Social Care beds to free up space in local hospitals; and urgent investment in Ambulance services to reduce waiting times.
