New Forest Liberal Democrats are celebrating another by-election victory in the New Forest, less than a month after winning the Pennington by-election.

Mark Clark, (left of picture) has won a seat on Hythe & Dibden Parish Council for Furzedown ward. The seat became vacant because the former Councillor moved to Portugal.

It was a straight battle between the Liberal Democrats and Conservatives, with Labour, UKIP and the Greens all failing to put up a candidate.

Mark retained the Furzedown seat on Hythe and Dibden Parish Council 210 votes to 120.

Full Result:

Mark Clark: 210
