Hampshire's Conservative-run County Council has proposed to completely scrap subsidies for local bus services and to cut the number of recycling centres by half, in order to cut £140 million from the council's budget.
The Conservative-run Hampshire County Council are proposing to withdraw school crossing patrols unless their cost is picked up by schools or possibly Town/Parish Councils.
One third of state schools are in deficit, figures uncovered by the Liberal Democrats have revealed.
